Global e Networks Transact - Money By Mobile
Global e Networks offers a unique and innovative network service to Mobile Operators and Service Providers in Europe. This network service allows their Customers to transfer money from their personal pre-paid Mobile accounts to individuals in other countries and in the UK. The Service is offered on a White Label basis and would be branded and operated as if it was being provided by the Mobile Operator or Service Provider.
How does it work?
An individual enters a traditional ‘Top Up’ point and purchases a SIM card from one of the participating Mobile Operators. This will be charged at a small fee on top of the standard fee for a SIM card. The individual then sends a text to the number provided with the card and they have now joined the ‘Community’.
The individual now chooses to add cash to his/her account in amounts ranging from 30p to £1000. The balance on the individual accounts may be transferred, through the medium of SMS, to another individual or multiple individuals inside or outside of the UK, up to a maximum of £1000 per month.
The receiving party is provided advice, by SMS, when money has been sent to them, along with a 16 digit ‘Virtual Debit Card’ number and ‘PIN’.
Depending on the release level of ATM machine available to that person in their country or geographic area, they simple send that information to the ATM, via ‘Blue Tooth’ and enter the ‘PIN’ provided or enter the bank and retrieve their money over the counter.
