Russia House
The Russia House is the pre-eminent travel agency for travellers wishing to visit Russia and the former Soviet Republics for business and pleasure. The Russia House leads a large community that requires an integrated communication solution and the ability to disseminate key advertising messages to its target customers. In addition it wished to offer travellers the ability to utilise a dedicated Instant Messaging platform (IM) that linked The Russia House community and its suppliers to its customers.
